Train the Trainer—Complete In-House Option

A common way to accomplish the results you’re trying to achieve is to have The R2 Group facilitate the 10-session process improvement training. Our skilled facilitators can lead the group through the exercises and assignments, and do some coaching along the way as necessary.

However, if you find within your own organization, that Change Management is best accomplished entirely from within, we still may be able to help. We have a Train-the-Trainer option whereby your in-house facilitator would travel (either to South Dakota or Las Vegas) to be trained and certified in the Measurable Management^® process. You can purchase a two-year limited duration, limited-use license to use the materials to train team members from your organization. In doing this in-house facilitation we are, unfortunately, not able to offer the financial guarantee.
