Covey’s Predictable Results in Unpredictable Times
Much of Stephen R. Covey’s work is tied to the principles of continuous improvement. In his most recent book, Predictable Results in Unpredictable Times, Covey points to four main ways to get predictable results:
- Execute Priorities with Excellence.
- Move with the Speed of Trust.
- Achieve More with Less.
- Reduce Fear.
In using our practical, hands-on process-improvement training program you’ll be incorporating each of Covey’s four main recommendations for predictable results. Your employees, who already have a mandate to do more with less, will actually have experienced, through Measurable Management®, how to increase the quality of their work relationships. This increased listening and leadership within the team creates trust and reduces fear. By combining these “soft” skills with proven technical problem-solving tools, your team will be able to increase the quality and value delivered to internal and external customers, to increase the quality received from vendors and suppliers, and make changes to their processes to more easily accomplish more work with less resources. By having each participant in the Measurable Management® training implement three ideas for improvement during the training, the organization gets immediate increases in the quality of its results, as well as increasing the bottom line. It also gets the benefit of a well-trained team proving to itself it has the skills and abilities to implement change, and to repeat the process to have improved results now and in the future.
